Below, you’ll find the details of our warranty policy.
Warranty Coverage:
- Parts and Workmanship: Our warranty covers both parts and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion.
Terms of Service:
- Service Hours: Warranty work is available between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Please note that these services are not offered on public holidays.
- Warranty Void Conditions: Please be aware that the warranty will not apply under the following conditions:
- If the unit has been moved from its original location post-service.
- Damage resulting from external causes, misuse, negligence, or any modifications made by other companies.
- If the issue pertains to parts of the appliance on which we did not perform service.
- There is no warranty coverage for fuses, freon, filters, access valves, or units that have been moved.
- Loss of food due to appliance malfunction is not covered under this warranty.
Financial Terms:
- Completion of Payment: The warranty comes into effect once payment for the job is completed. Failure to complete payment may void the warranty.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee is applicable for any parts ordered and then returned.
Exclusions:
This warranty is comprehensive but does not cover everything. Exclusions include damage from external problems, misuse, negligence, or interference by another service provider. Specific parts such as fuses, freon, filters, and access valves are also excluded from warranty coverage.
